FDA slams Lipodissolve / MesoTherapy clinics
In a “we knew it was coming” moment, the FDA has issued letters and a public warning about the ineffectiveness and danger of the controversial “fat melter” known as Injection Lipolosys (lipozap, lipotherapy, mesotherapy, lipodissolve).

Lipodissolve is based on a drug originally used to treat fat embolisms in blood. The premise is that it breaks down the fat which is then reabsorbed by the body.
The FDA is questioning the efficacy and actively seeking submissions of side effects.
